I believe ADS spec is 1 ft for aggregate backfill. I would say 1 ft for dirt cover as well, I'm sure they have a little room wiggle room built into the on specs. Most major tile manufacturers now offer flexible dual wall pipe that comes on rolls for easier installation than the dual wall sticks. I would definitely recommend dual wall in low cover situations, it is a lot stronger than single wall corrugated field plastic.
