northeastern Ohio | It's not a 100% chance she is open, but probably a 90% chance. I have had cows that show a heat (standing) and were pregnant at the time.
If she is pregnant, she would probably be 7-11 weeks. Vets can ultrasound at 30 days and palpate at 40 days.
You could draw blood and send to the DHI lab also, but if she recently lost the fetus, you might get a false positive. | |
