I know how much a new pull-type grader with full hydraulics costs, but how much are you thinking for a "nice" motor grader? One that you won't have to spend a lot of time maintaining.
Also nice cab with a/c, nice heat, radio, IVT, etc.
$60k will buy you a nice 90s Caterpillar.
Nice cabs don't exist in construction equipment. They have low standards.
