There's no way your soil temp is 62 degrees at 6 inches or below. Don't worry about what the 2" soil temp is, unless you are applying the ammonia at 2", which I know you aren't going to do.

Edit: I see now that that map is for 4" depth, but still I'll bet you are applying lower than that, and I'm with IL weedman, that temp would be about 10 degrees higher than any other source I've seen with actual thermometers.
