Iowa | Unless that’s a situation where it’s your responsibility because you are requesting it certainly not the case here. Have 5 places they’ve cleaned ditches along our farms in the last 2 years all county employees and equipment done using county money. Not sure how much of that is the county’s discretion and how much the state determines the policy for them. Either way I would think drainage law still applies in a road ROW and they have to maintain the natural flow of water, if altering that and effecting you in a way you don’t like I’d say you have leverage | |
