| I used a heavy log chain for a top link with 1 × 3 flat bar welded to each end to connect top link pins, works for me. My neighbor uses a hydraulic top link in a remote that allows it to float if needed. He swears by it. I do not have enough remotes to do this. The chain works well for me. If I am traveling on road at high speed I usually hook up the top link in case blade tries to bounce but have to admit a few times in my old age I totally forgot to do this and had no issues. | |
