| I've had some luck with the compression socks as well. For me they didn't continue to help long term except in the situation where the foot is inflamed and sore so I wear it to bed overnight. This allows me to sleep better and my foot feels better in the morning. Have you tried icing where the nerve comes around the inside of your ankle? Below your ankle bone on the inside of your foot, about halfway to where your heel fades into your foot. | |
