Yes...We no till most of our corn into wheat residue after double crop soybeans. These conditions are much cooler and wetter than planting into bare bean stubble. Emergence is sooner and early vigor is better. Corn is a couple points dryer at harvest because of it. In our conditions, it's like buying insurance.
