If you add weight the pull type in your picture will work . You need to drag some dirt at times so you fold the sides down and other times you want to let it go out the end. A pull type is way better for depth control. Having a cylinder to tilt side to side is more important than steering. I wouldn’t go any wider than 12 foot .
