The difference? Carbohydrate intake.....

Carbohydrates>>>made of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen>>>>>found in foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy products.
"body breaks them down into glucose, which serves as the primary fuel for your cells, tissues, and organs. "

"Types of carbohydrates
Sugars: Simple carbohydrates found in fruits, dairy products, and added to processed foods.
Starches: Complex carbohydrates found in grains, starchy vegetables, and legumes..

Bananas, for instance, contain a mixture of sugars (sucrose, glucose, and fructose), rather than a processed sugary food.

I assume one means to reduce the intake of simple carbohydrates? Doing so will reduce the level of Glucose Spikes.

What is a glucose spike?
