One part of your statement isn’t true. I asked Hancock county to have a portion of a gravel road ditch cleaned to help water go where it should. County said road budget doesn’t pay. Landowner or tenant pays. That was 10 days ago.

About half of my bean stubble is left untouched, 1/4 is striptilled and 2 farms often get fall chiseled. Anything that is pattern tiled seems to dry out early so no fall tillage.
