We ended up helping to get one of those plots worked down this spring. Had never been cleared going back to the first settlers in 1790.
Nothing but rocks, flat, round, angular, so many rocks that we almost couldn’t find enough soil to work down into a seedbed. It was going into orchard and trees look good this fall so must’ve found some soil down below
