Simple. If it don't pay stop doing it. We stopped years ago. Dry in the fall and ayd in the spring without any starter.
We stopped also. Stopped starter and never saw a yield difference. About the only time a start pays (here at least) is a cool wet spring.


I am stopping with in furrow. Was the coolest wettest spring I can remember and still made zero difference with vs without so no reason to keep using in furrow. More so looking for opinions on whether dribbling 28 and ATS 2x2x0 would be beneficial since I have the liquid system on the planter or if there's a different direction I should be trying. Or maybe it's worth putting the dry boxes on and pull some of my dry spread out and band it instead.
