Just wondering, if you use a "totally separate" credit card for farm, would the monthly statement be pretty condensed and useful?
If this was for me: We run one card for a C corp. There are multiple card holders.
Also (trying) to run 3 LLC's through one card, with multiple car holders.
The C Corp hasn't been too hard to get somewhat streamlined. The LLC card is the one I'd like to really work on. The temptation has been there to just get a card for each LLC- but in the big scheme, I think we'd be going backwards from a simplicity standpoint.
And no matter what, I don't see the volume of receipts changing a lot. We autopay as many things as possible, so we can just make an automatic entry in QB to cover those.
I'm hoping to be caught up enough in the next 30 days to look at the suggestions you great folks have offered. Its appreciated! |
