We bought a decent sized pork loin for $23.  Was frozen so put in freezer and last Sunday sawed off a chunk and wrapped it in aluminum foil and baked it.  Came out tough and dry.  Ideas to make the leftovers more palatable?   Even if used as pulled pork it was still tough.  Really needs to more tender before becoming pulled pork.

Pork loin sounds like a good idea, but it is a very lean and flavorless cut.  Do your homework to
cook it properly.  That could mean marinating, just chops, and more.  Fat means flavor and more.

Next time try a pork shoulder roast.  You will come back smiling.................
