 Pittsburg, Kansas | Make it into soup. Cube it up to bite size and add some tasty broth like chicken broth. Broth is the key. Add veggies if you like but we only add onions and sometime mushrooms.
We will make soup out of multiple leftover meats all in one soup. Beef, pork and sometimes chicken all in one meat soup. Surprisingly good.
Or wife says chop it up and make into casserole.
She always figures out how to repurpose leftovers and almost always delicious.
