This is what the consensus seems like. Compounding the problem is my older setup with less sats from not having glonass. Hard to imagine it's an equipment issue as it's doing it in two different rigs with the same setup. Tmobile 4g lte hotspots feeding Rtkonnect ntrip clients. This setup has worked fine last 3 years. And worked fine this spring.
