N.E. MT | We do similar to what you are saying. Sioux nation out of Iowa mixes it for us out of their micro machine. Only based off feed/water testing. We have done manure tests but not blood or hair. Gets it to 1oz/hd then we add all the macros, DDGs for feedlot and salt if it’s free choice. Use Redmond salt. Probably have .08/hd a day into it but it’s very customizable and easy to make changes based on the time of year. Comes in tote bags and then we mix up 32,000 pound batches and feed a pound per day in the feedlot.
Edit. There’s a limestone mine in red lodge that we get our base from. Its usually around 50$/ton
