| Data Manager uses security protocols that aren't supported on older versions of Windows - so likely nothing you can do on that old machine. Putting them all on another hard drive and using the new computer is smart.
Now the maybe painful part.... Those zip files as is should be able to be uploaded directly into the web interface. But you won't be able to do all of them at once. Might be smart to do them in batches. Else - if you are going to use Data Manager, all of those zip files have to be unzipped for it to be able to upload them. So pick your poison. I'd probably start with doing batches via the web interface -- don't try to go too fast.. so a tranche, let em process and see if everything looks good. It's ok if you upload the same file twice - it won't be duplicated.
