EC IL | I was able to find the Apex Archive and it looks like all the raw data is there that I need(mainly 2017 and 2018)....everything older is from the previous generation that is nice but not needed.
But I'm having so many issues it's hard to keep it together.
Old Computer:
Deere Data Manager App won't login. Just says an error occurred and to try again. loops back and never changes
I can login to Op Centers on the website where I go to the File page and tried to upload the Apex Archive files and they process for a while then say Invalid(even though it said it was looking for a .zip file format) Possibly because these .zip files seem to be password protected?
New computer:
Data Manager app works but doesn't do me any good since files are on old computer. I tried copying the files to portable HDD and the data manager app doesn't see the zip files and the ones that aren't zip files it says are corrupt or something. But it's the zip files I need uploaded.
In Op Center now the File page is just stuck in a processing loop and that's as far as I've gotten this morning.
