The claim is not that it produces 110,000 lbs of nitrogen annually.
The claim is that is produces a product that is equivalent to 110,000 lbs of nitrogen annually.
The efficiency of the Birkeland-Eyde process does not conflict the claims if the product is a ~2% concentration. The math is still a little off at that value, but not by 2 factors.
