My wife passed at the age of 55 from pancreatic cancer on April 10. Field work had just started. That was my therapy. I was in the field at 4:30 most every day and worked till almost 9:00 at night. For some reason, driving a tractor was my therapy. Find something you enjoy and do that every day. Attending church also helped. It's a tough road to travel. I wish you the best!
