Well, they were above-average buns. And, it's now tile plowing season, so I'm gonna burn hamburger buns and pizza and the wife's homemade sourdough. Not saying that to knock low-carb though, I know it's effective when I want to loosen the belt a little and am not working off the calories at such a pace.
