| This is a good conversation! We are all frustrated with the cost of N fertilizer. Frankly I think we are all over applying N, but here is the problem as Paul the Original stated. "Each year is different" so we need to come up with a way to measure what we are going to have available. All this AI you would think we could make it happen.
I am definatley no N expert, but doesn't the plant use N after it is converted into an amino acid? If so could we just apply amino acids to our corn and skip some of the N? | |
