West Central MN | Best ever corn was 2023 in a third-year corn-on-corn field with a 195 APH that yielded 300 bu/ac that was NPK fertilized for 200 bu/ac grain removal per U of MN numbers. Still scratch my head on that yield/field and have not had anywhere near the stars lining up for fertilizer ROI the two following crop years. Understanding what really happened in that field is lost in time, like tears in the rain. | |
