Subject: Wrapping bales/moldy hay

2nd year in a row I’ve had mold hay bales coming out of line wrap. First 3-4 on each end are usually the worst. Doesn’t seem to matter what moisture they’re made at. Wetter might be a little worse. Mold is an inch deep at most. I’ll pull them out about a week before I feed them so mold dries out and is easier to peel off. I peel off and feed it to the fats or I’ll peal it off into a junk pile. Hay looks awesome after the first inch or so. Am I doing something wrong or is it just the name of the game. Pics attached
