All corn growers know that convention wisdom tells us it takes approximately 1 lb/ac actual N to raise 1 bu/ac of corn

Yet in a previous posters whole plot all of the yields are obtained were with less than 1 pound of N per bushel of corn produced. The least was approx 0.1 pounds N per bushel produced.

The only years I’ve ever had 1 pound N per bushel of corn produced are suer poor years with sub 100 bushel yields.

Apparently some of us aren’t corn growers.
Wait, maybe we aren’t just money and N wasters.

Why are some of you so irritated and mad that some of us can do things that you “conventional wisdom” people can’t. Y’all moan about folks that wear “green underwear” and their loyalty. Maybe y'all should look in the mirror. Y’all just can’t let go of the fact that growing a plant (crop) is not a mathematical equation.
