southern MN | Everyone got full of beans and full of corn around here.
Think beans were pretty much a record, even mine were about the best I’ve had.
Corn was really good.
We got endless rain, but not the flooding stuff NW of me.
Felt like I was in a rain forest, a few tenths every other day.
Hay making was awful. Lots of production available, no way to get dry hay made. Pastures were good.
Beans liked the early fall precip.
Corn would have liked a bit more sun, didn’t need all the gloomy rain days and Canadian smoke days.
