Subject: RE: Burr Cucumber problems

SW Iowa
No till to keep seeds on top and increase predation, spray post pass as late as practical, harvest early, and/or late season drone spray glyphosate or 24D. Classic in soy and Callisto/Impact + atz in corn are some of the more effective "common" chemistry options. Penn State has published some info on herbicide effectiveness specific to burcucumber.

Late season rains will always be the issue, but if you can minimize opportunity for anything to get a lot of size you'll win battles even if the war is a long term proposition.

I've always been too scared of carryover to try Peak, but that may also be something to look at depending on the extent of your problem and your crop rotation.
