Pittsburg, Kansas | You just have to ask them or order at the kiosk and specify it yourself. We always get it with no bun and no ketchup when we eat there. It is on all the cash register menus just like at the order kiosk and we never have a problem any more with the employee having trouble finding it to punch it in. A lot more people must be asking for the options.
At the kiosk I also add additional mustard and pickles for no extra charge. They usually get it right. You can even add lemon slice to your water at no cost.
