Definately not a truck to go around town with. I think they are between 70 and 75 long. He said as long as they stay close to the interstate and only go local for pickup and delivery they don't have any problems. They use the box behind the sleeper for smaller bonded stuff like weapons and ammo. We had several carriers with trucks like this. All team drivers that carried bonded loads. The truck in the background is an MTVR made by Oshkosh. We had the MK 23, MK25 and MK 36 wrecker. The cargo versions are rated for 7 tons cross country 15 ton on road. Powered by C12 at around 425 Hp. Good trucks but sit too high. We can't mobile load and put on ship like we used to and when carrying Marines in the back you definately don't want to just jump down like you could with the old 5 tons. http://www.oshkoshdefense.com/defense/products~mtvr~home.cfm
