Hennepin, IL | You need to download Flashloader 200 to update the NAV and Agremote to update the receiver. Ive never done a NAV update as Ive heard enough stories about locking it up in a boot loop. If its an aftermarket install, you should have a 9 pin serial port on the NAV. You just need a serial to USB adapter to plug into your laptop. If you arent aware, most if not all of those adapters have driver software youll need to install before they work. If its a factory install on a Magnum or Steiger, I believe you need an adapter from CNH to get the 9 pin serial. The receiver also needs an adapter to go from port A to a 9 pin and also supply power. I just made my own. Not sure on part #s but a trimble dealer should be able to set you up. | |
