Middle Tennessee | Actually “ear corn “ that was picked ? I like ground ear corn feed, I use to plant about ten acres of corn and pick with a one row picker and crib and grind with grinder mixer for weaned calves. I would add some protein ( cotton seed meal ), but a lot of time just grind straight ear corn. The calves did good, I would hand feed them all they would eat ( clean up the bunk trough ). I would sell around eight hundred pounds.
