SOIL | One of my HP printers is from 2001 and still works! Still has the sticker on it that says Windows ME Compatible! Plenty of ink out there in 3rd party brands for it as well. Best part, it doesn't badger you to check for firmware, check your ink and all that.
But since that comment doesn't do you any good, just beware of the Eco Tank printers. Cheap ink, but they are a battle to keep the print heads clean. You have to use it a lot or it starts to dry up and plug. | |
