Subject: Finished product idk the grade!


Cherokee iowa		So we Glassmakers call them “butter” grade. Since you don’t need a knife to eat. Tried to get usda grade but no luck. Butcher asked if was going to sell I said didn’t plan on it just wanted to know the grade. So at least I’m serving my mother Usda inspected meat. Ended up with 32 1in ribeyes. And some monster sirloins!
