Worked pretty good for when we used them. Probably not the best for someone with many health issues. If your not the "captain of your own ship" type might be too much paper work keeping track of records. They reimbursed us for our eligible health expenses. Wife ended up going back to finish up her career and employer provided full coverage but would have had no second thoughts if we had stayed with them. (CHM)
