So.....I need 2 new sauce pans. 1.5 qt and 3 qt preferably. Don't need a full set. I want non-stick. Due to the "arther" of the hands, the need to be relatively lightweight, lighter than ceramic coated cast iron. Within those parameters, what would you good cooks suggest?   TIA!
