Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | ShopTeachers approach is correct which would allow flexibility in what you move/copy etc.
I am in a somewhat similar situation with 3 InCommand 1200s, One GPS 7500 and two GPS 6500s.
I have one InCommand marked "Master" and it gets moved along with a GPS 7500 (unlocked and subscribed to Terra Star Pro C) from the planting tractor (steering, seed, spray, fertilizer) to the Hagie Sprayer (spray control) to the Combine (steering and harvest monitoring).
The other two InCommands see less use and are moved about as needed among other tractors etc.
To keep mine "on the same page", I periodically make a backup of the Master and use it to restore the other two InCommands. This works well for our situation but ShopTeachers suggestion offers more flexibility.
One downside to my approach is that an operation that was done with one of the non-Master InCommands would be lost after the restore from the Master process is completed. This is OK for us but could be a disappointment for the OPs situation.
