Did you not read my post above that you replied to???? I'll quote myself in case you missed what you replied to.
"I must be one of the few that doesn't have a couple million of after tax cash sitting around in cream cans.
It takes about a $2 million down payment on a 160 @ $20,000 to get the interest payment close to equal with a cash rent that you won't be burning equity with."
