Right now what is the penalty for flying a non-approved drone for spraying, or photo work?
Is it a $100 fine, or a $10,000 fine? Or.......?
When the FCC is involved, is there a lot of enforcement? I remember here on AT a few years ago there were reports of some ag people using marine use radios for 2-way talk. Some suggested they were in violation of FCC laws. Did anyone ever get caught & fined? |
