I started grinding at the store for our customers. Double grind trim meat. It’s 80%. Customers can watch me do it. No water added, don’t need one of those gross pads to catch the juice being it’s just meat.
I will sell bulk grind meat to anyone for a substantial price reduction if they want to do it themselves
It takes time and a little cleanup but it is good burger
