But word on the street is $19 mil for the whole contiguous 1760 acres to 1 buyer. I'm told it's a farmer, not investor.
Figures out to $11000 per acre.
So not total depression yet in ND.
"Farmer" I would assume. I wonder if it is another corporation that will be perpetually late, the huderites, or some distant relative. |
