 Anderson County Kansas | They will rot under ground. How long it takes depends on the type of tree. Also when it can be worked depends on how good a job was done of clearing. If the roots were dug out with a dozer or excavator it can be fairly soon without much problem. I cleared an eighty 2 years ago digging out as many roots as I could and ran the nh3 applicator through it the next fall only shearing one bolt and pulling up very few roots. Now if you just shear off the trees and ground level then you have a mess. | |
