East Central Arkansas
A lot depends on what, how big and how much was growing in those areas. Also how it was cleared. Dozer or trackhoe. A root rake will help pull up shallow stuff and can windrow. For me after disking and raking a old landplane worked good for windrowing for easy pickup of chunks. Had ground that had been cleared for 30 years when we started doing deeper tillage and pulled up all kinds of roots. Still have places you will break shear bolts. You might or might not pull something up. No rocks hear.
