I was the one who asked about it awhile back. never seen or been there but watched for ****s and giggles. land is still going higher according to the guess that were posted back then.
is there a average net/acre in that area? do farms that size net over $800K? I just did $20M at 4% interest for that number. would need 10X acres to get that number around here. | |
