Farmington, Mo | We have been doing some clearing the past few years…small pieces mainly…fence rows and woods lots. Combining fields and cutting down on unproductive acres.
Most areas are fairly rough to drive over as we are notill farmers. We have disced the areas all atleast once and some twice. How long before I can drag a field cultivator or a chisel plow over these acres without bringing up a bunch of roots and wood chunks?
Sure would be nice to not have to see my chiropractor after spraying or spreading fertilizer!
I’m guessing 4 or 5 years but curious what NAT says. | |
