Thanks for all the suggestions.  I've talked to a foam guy but my job will be a really small job so I was thinking of doing it myself.  I'm not going to do it until next year when it's warmer so I'll check with him again to make sure I want to do it.  It's only about 1.5-2' tall area by maybe 50-70' long.
