I had a partial done 5 years ago. I seem to recall 12 weeks or so of PT. I took a narcotic once post surgery and abandoned them. Wife had me on a 2-3 hour rotation of Tylenol and ibuprofen. Pain wasn't bad at all if I stayed ahead of it.
