Nebraska aka the boondocks | I did test plots for a local dealer for 20 years. Generally I moved it around in the middle of fields to get an idea of what it really could did, which the dealer wasn’t real excited about, but I felt was way more representative. Most of the time was half mile runs with six rows. One year, I believe 2016, had a hybrid do 317, it ranged from 240-340 in one pass. At the other end of the stick, a few hybrids did so poorly, they didn’t make it into the plot data. I don’t put much stock in plots generally , I just did it so I could see things myself. |
