Unless something has changed recently, Versatile brake parts were US origin. No idea why they would have a problem at customs. Brake parts came from Hayes Brake in Wisconsin.

Because Versatile stocked them in a Canadian Warehouse...

Sorry, part of dealing with a Canadian company, sometimes parts get hung up at customs. They aren't stocked in any other warehouse by Versatile. I would tell your dealer to email Versatile and have them investigate stocking them in a US warehouse...but other than that, not much you can do but wait.

The current problem at the border originates 440 miles east of you. Kind of doubt Versatile will react to the present situation. Hopefully some stability returns after the current administration ends in three years.
